Count what is leaving
List desks, returns, chairs, cabinets, shelving, conference pieces, reception furniture, and modular panels separately. Photos of each room make a remote first review more useful.
Separate furniture from records
Remove files, electronics, personal property, keys, and confidential material. A furniture pickup should not become an undocumented records-disposal job.
Map building access
Confirm freight-elevator capacity, dock hours, loading permits, parking clearance, door protection, and certificate requirements with property management before booking.
Inventory fields to capture
- Furniture type and count
- Approximate dimensions
